About the handling of personal information.

Light Publicity produces many creative advertisements as an ad maker.  As a part of its business, the Company handles a variety of personal information, and the Company considers it its important responsibility to properly manage personal information, recognizing the importance of protecting such personal information.  Therefore, complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other rules, the Company has established its policy on the handling of personal information as follows to appropriately handle and protect valued personal information.

1. Management system and legal compliance

We shall establish our internal rules and an internal management system, collect and use personal information properly and comply with laws and regulations related to personal information and other rules and guidelines.

2. Acquiring and using personal information

We shall clarify the purpose and scope of use of personal information when we obtain it and we shall use it within that scope.  We shall not provide personal information to a third party without the consent of the person providing the information.

3. Changing purpose of use

When we need to use personal information in ways that lie outside the scope of its specified use, we shall explain beforehand the purpose and the receiving party of such information to the person providing the information and handle it upon the consent of that person.

4. Disclosing and correcting information

We shall promptly disclose, correct and delete information at the request of the person providing the information within a reasonable scope after verifying that person's identification.

5. Measures against unauthorized access

We shall implement safety management measures for personal information, prevent unauthorized access and make efforts to prevent and correct loss, damage, falsification, etc. of personal information.

6. Continuous improvement

We shall maintain the management system for personal information, regularly review it and continuously improve it.
