Light Publicity produces many creative advertisements as an ad maker. As part of its business, the Company handles a variety of personal information and, recognizing the importance of protecting such information, considers that managing it properly is an important responsibility. Therefore, complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other rules, the Company has established the following policy to appropriately handle and protect valued personal information.

In the course of our advertising business, we shall establish a management system to collect personal information for specific purposes and to ensure it is handled appropriately in terms of consignment, disclosure, disposal, and other matters (the management system shall include policies, systems, and plans as well as provisions for implementation, audit, and revision in order to protect the personal information we use for business purposes).

Personal information shall be handled within the scope required to achieve the specified purpose of use. It shall not be used for purposes outside this scope, and the necessary measures shall be put in place to ensure such proper handling.

We shall comply with laws, regulations, government guidelines, and other rules related to the handling of personal information.

To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, we shall make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and strive to prevent or correct unauthorized access to personal information and loss, damage, falsification, leakage, or other misuse of such data by establishing sensible safety measures for both information and communications technology and information management systems.

We shall make our directors and employees fully aware of the importance of protecting personal information and design, operate, maintain, and continuously improve our management system to ensure proper protection of such information.

We shall respond promptly and appropriately to complaints and inquiries relating to handling of personal information or operation of our personal information management system; requests from individuals to notify the purpose for which their personal information shall be used or to disclose, revise, add, or delete such information; and requests to refrain from use or provision of such information.
